Security

We place a great importance on the security and confidentiality of the information you provide us. As part of the security measures that we have in place, all shopping carts and member pages where personal information may be stored, displayed or entered are transmitted over a secure SSL encrypted session. Evidence of this security session can be found in a couple of places: (1) All secure pages start with https:// in the address bar and (2) A padlock or key is shown (generally in the bottom right hand corner) on your browser when viewing pages which may require information of a secure nature such as names, addresses, passwords and credit card details.

The level of this encryption is 128 bit and is supplied in conjunction with our hosting provider to secure all databases where user details, passwords and credit card details stored.

Please note that the Padlock or Key symbol will not be shown on the page unless it is necessary to secure the information being shown or entered on that page. It will only be shown on pages which require the use of security and all sensitive information shown on that page will be stored in secure, encrypted databases on a separate server accessible only with current and valid authentication methods.
